Fit Out of office for high-end Public Relations Consultants Edelman.
The client is a Public Relations consultant and have many high calibre clients with much of their work being of a highly confidential nature. This was to be taken into account when designing their working and client facing space.
As part of the works new openings were to be formed into the floor to create an interconnecting staircase and balcony areas connecting floors 3 and 4.
This required investigations into the construction of the existing structure and identification of any strengthening details to both enable clear services routes and facilitate the new openings and loadings from the new stair.
