Planning consent has been secured for the refurbishment of Lockmakers Yard, formerly known as C Space, in Clerkenwell

Working with Barr Gazetas and Savills, the considered refurbishment will transform the 1960s former warehouse to create a more welcoming, distinctive and inclusive workplace, while retaining existing elements wherever possible.

The arrival experience will be made more inviting and inclusive, while a new, illuminated pergola will transform the existing courtyard into an appealing amenity space.
