Every year at Davies Maguire we gather to reflect on the previous 12 months and look ahead to the coming year.

All staff present updates on company activities over the past year, from project highlights, to new tools and training, business development and much more. It’s a chance for us to celebrate what we’ve achieved together, as well as personal achievements and milestones among the team, and plan transparently for the next year.

Presentations are followed by a healthy, town-hall style discussion about what we have learned over the year, what we have done well, and what we could do better.

And as per annual tradition, the meeting ended with a dramatic reading of poems written by the team, followed by everyone going out for a curry.
