We are looking for graduates with a keen interest in structures and the built environment to join our dynamic and welcoming team.

Davies Maguire are a well-established Structural and Civil Engineering SME. We work with market-leading architects, developers and contractors and have been recognised for our innovative work. We have recently been shortlisted for NCE Best Place to Work Award 2024 and Building Awards Engineering Consultant of the Year 2025.

A graduate role with us will see you develop technical skills and taking on responsibilities from day one, getting involved in the structural design of a project from inception to completion, and collaborating with all members of the team, both internal and external. Our graduates are often out of the office, attending site visits and site meetings, allowing you to fully understand every stage of the project.

We provide a certified chartership training scheme with both the ICE or IStructE, and run a mentor system to ensures you have the support and guidance you need throughout your development.
