Our project at Kensington High Street has started on site, with demolition of the existing structure and piling for the proposed building already complete. Working with Knowles Construction, carefully manoeuvring around the shallow TfL tunnel and installing the temporary works to retain the front façade. There have been a number of unexpected finds on site, especially the existing sewers, so we have worked closely with the design team to quickly resolve these matters and ensure the proposed works progress on programme.
