Davies Maguire’s Benjamin Torrance, Garth Foley, and Marta Casado attended the completion celebrations for Phase 2 of the King’s Road Park development!

King’s Road Park is part of the South Fulham Riverside Regeneration Area, redeveloping the old Fulham Gasworks industrial site to a new residential neighbourhood.

Davies Maguire carried out the structural and civil design for Phase 2: two residential blocks comprising 128 new flats alongside commercial, retail and community spaces as well as a top-down basement for the neighbouring phase. The new housing units will be offered as social housing for veterans.
