As per yearly tradition, our team gathered for an afternoon to reflect on the last 12 months and look ahead to the coming years.

It is part of DMag’s ethos to develop and empower the team by being transparent about what we have learnt, what we have done well, and what we could do better.

The meeting included presenting to one another: updates on projects, business development, as well as personal achievements among the team, followed by an open town-hall style discussion.

To conclude the afternoon, thanks to Gareth’s recitation, we had the opportunity to enjoy the poems submitted by our team.
