COVID-19 Business Continuity Statement

Mar '20

Dear Clients and Collaborators,

Following the Prime Minister’s statement last night regarding the latest Government Guidelines on COVID-19, Davies Maguire have introduced increased home office working using the established IT infrastructure.  Staff will be periodically in our offices to maintain an essential presence and individuals are contactable by email or directors, associate directors and associates on their mobiles, in the normal way.

Our flexible working policies mean that at present there should be minimal disruption to the business and your projects. We are using a number of software packages to allow our team to work from home and communicate. All of our file and record systems are on the cloud – further minimising disruption.

We understand that some projects which are on site will continue to require physical attendance. We will approach this on a project by project basis and will attend site only when absolutely necessary to ensure projects can continue in these unprecedented circumstances.

Inevitably we may have to rotate staff as the predicted sickness rates increase, but as a company we are committed to delivering projects and working with our clients.  We intend to continue with as near “normal” working to deliver solutions, as these exceptional circumstances permit.

Given the seriousness and fluidity of this situation, we will keep our plan under continual review. The health and well-being of our staff, clients and all who we work with is our priority. We would of course appreciate your ongoing support during this difficult time.

Please do let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Best Wishes,

All at Davies Maguire
