We are excited that our scheme to refurbish three Grade II-listed Mayfair townhouses has received planning permission!

Working with Fathom Architects for Berkeley Estate Asset Management, the project aims to revitalise the historic buildings, delivering upgraded office space and new amenity areas while remaining sympathetic to the existing structure and heritage.

The main structural works include new a portalised structure to allow opening the rear of the building, as well as a raised courtyard, new timber-roofed orangery, and new roof to one of the buildings.
