Our project at 469 Bethnal Green Road, now renamed Galvanise, has been featured in The Architect’s Journal.

A former 1970s textile workshop has been transformed into high-quality office space, with a three-storey lightweight steel and timber extension doubling the massing of the existing three-storey concrete frame. Davies Maguire designed the scheme to utilise the latent capacity of the foundations, minimising demolition and groundworks and enabling the existing building to be retained and strengthened, and given a new lease of life.
