2026 Graduate Engineers

We are looking for graduates with a keen interest in structures and the built environment to join our dynamic and welcoming team.

The role of a graduate in our team will see you develop your technical skills from day one. Graduates are encouraged to take responsibility for the structural design of a project from inception to completion, and are often out of the office attending meetings and site visits, allowing you to fully understand every stage of the project. You will be collaborating with all members of the team, both internal and external, and be responsible for the production of drawings, specifications and reports at each stage of the technical design.

We expect our graduate engineers to actively seek accreditation with either the ICE or IStructE and we provide a certified Training Scheme with both. Our mentor system ensures you have the support and guidance you need throughout your Training Scheme, and our welcoming, open-plan office promotes knowledge share from senior members of our diverse team. We make sure all graduates gain experience through a variety of projects, allowing you the best opportunities to develop as an aspiring engineer.

The ideal candidate:
+ Graduating in 2026 with a Civil or Structural Engineering MEng
+ Strong technical skills, and enthusiastic about continuous learning
+ Good communicator, able to work collaboratively and integrate into our team

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
+ Certified Training Scheme with both the ICE and IStructE, with a chartership pass rate of over 90% and mentor system to ensure you have the support you need throughout
+ Paid annual subscription for one professional Institution
