Refurbishment of Grade II Victorian arcade in Birmingham
We are delighted to be providing the Structural Engineering services to the team working to redevelop 10 Colmore Row and the Great Western Arcade.
Working with Associated Architects, CPW, Quantem, Donald Insall Associates and Third London Wall for Ashtrom Properties UK, we are going to be renovating and updating the Grade 2 listed building to provide Grade A office spaces as part of the wider redevelopment on Colmore Row.
