We are delighted to announce that our project with BNF CAPITAL LIMITED and Morgan Real Estate to redevelop and extend 19 Charterhouse Street in Farringdon has received unanimous consent from London Borough of Camden.

The upwards extension designed by DSDHA increases the existing five-storey office block by five floors to provide over 85,000 sq ft of best-in-class office space, featuring extensive private and communal terracing with far reaching views across London, as well as targeting market leading sustainability credentials including BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5* and International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Platinum.
