We are always keen to hear from talented engineers who are interested in joining our team.

Recruitment of the right people is key to any business, but that is particularly true for a business of our size and culture. As such we are always keen to receive CVs from people at all levels who are eager to develop their skills and take responsibility for their work. Our preferred way of working is to delegate ownership for projects or packages of work as far as possible, meaning that all staff can take responsibility for planning their work and organising their time. To complement this, our open-plan office, in conjunction with our flat management structure, means that more experienced staff are always involved in projects, and easily approachable for support where needed. We believe that this approach gives young engineers good motivation and a great opportunity to develop as they work towards Chartered status.

 

        Graduate Recruitment

We are looking to recruit graduates with a Civil or Structural Master’s Engineering degree to join our growing office based in central London. We are looking for candidates with talent and commitment, who are willing to take ownership of their assignments.

In our open plan office, we provide a stimulating work environment with the opportunity to work on our growing portfolio of exciting projects. We believe that everybody should be heard, and have a culture of collective discussion and learning. We run certified training schemes supporting chartership of ICE and IStructE.

        Design Engineer Recruitment

We are looking to recruit design engineers to join our growing Central London-based office. We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of structural engineering experience and who are actively working towards their Chartership with either the ICE and IStructE. Candidates should have a Civil and Structural Engineering Masters Degree and have experience in running and leading design projects.

Davies Maguire have a growing portfolio of work, varying from large-scale new-build projects to construction engineering on some London’s largests site. We are therefore looking to recruit structural engineers who are willing to take ownership of their projects and engage with the design team, from project conception to completion on site. You will be encouraged to broaden your knowledge, learn from others and start to get to grips with the wider aspects of structural engineering, whether this is mentoring more inexperienced staff or increased interaction with clients, contractors and architects.
