Recruitment of the right people is key to any business, but that is particularly true for a business of our size and culture. As such we are always keen to receive CVs from people at all levels who are eager to develop their skills and take responsibility for their work. Our preferred way of working is to delegate ownership for projects or packages of work as far as possible, meaning that all staff can take responsibility for planning their work and organising their time. To complement this, our open-plan office, in conjunction with our flat management structure, means that more experienced staff are always involved in projects, and easily approachable for support where needed. We believe that this approach gives young engineers good motivation and a great opportunity to develop as they work towards Chartered status.
